AWARE Self Defense is dedicated to training individuals of all levels of fitness and experience in martial arts in a self-defense and fitness practice that is ideal for the real world. 
Our training is based on real life scenarios and simulates real life threats. Our goal is to teach you that self-defense is not fighting, it is simply doing everything you can to avoid violence and dangerous situations and go home alive.
Our training will teach you how to turn frustration in to motivation, it will teach you to trust yourself, and to detect and analyze dangerous situations. 
AWARE Self Defense training's are packed with adrenaline. Working with high adrenalin levels will teach you how to control your actions and know your limits. We will teach you the tactics and help you develop the skills that can save your life in a dangerous situation. We will help you discover your strengths, so you can take advantage of them and your weaknesses,  so we can work on improving. The drills that you are exposed to during our training's will help improve your vision and manage stress. During our courses, you will be taught a variety of defensive reactions for each possible attack. You will be prepared to analyze situations in order to respond appropriately according to your capabilities and the level of the threat, allowing you to develop a sense of confidence. Physical fitness makes an important part of our training, so we have mixed fitness exercises  with the drills and defensive moves to create a perfectly balanced training system. The workout includes a number of drills to develop different parts of the body, combined with some cardiovascular drills. During our trainings, and even between trainings, you will feel healthy, positive and confident.
